Best-quality packaging materials for plastic food containers, paper packaging, packing peanuts, and more

Eco-Friendly Packaging

When selecting packaging materials, there are several important considerations to ensure the packaging is effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient. Packaging must protect the product from damage, contamination, or deterioration during transport, storage, and handling. Packaging needs to be visually attractive to consumers. The design, texture, and color of the material can influence a buyer’s perception of the product.

Packaging that is easy for consumers to open, use, and dispose of can enhance customer satisfaction. Features like resealable zippers, easy-pour spouts, or tamper-proof seals might be essential depending on the product. Consider how the packaging will affect shipping, handling, and storage. Some packaging materials might be more efficient for bulk storage or have a lighter weight, reducing shipping costs.

Our packaging materials are designed to fit the product properly, optimizing space for storage and transport while minimizing wasted space or material. We ensure that packaging material is compatible with the product, like our packaging material for liquids includes spill-proof containers, while the packaging material for acidic foods is provided with a special coating.

Versatile and eco-friendly packaging materials

Paper packaging is a popular choice due to its versatility, eco-friendliness, and ability to be tailored for a wide range of products. Kraft paper is commonly used by Entrepouch for paper packaging for bags, boxes, and wrapping. It’s typically unbleached, giving it a natural, brown color. Kraft Paper is biodegradable, recyclable, and can be coated to increase water resistance. Corrugated paper, often used for shipping boxes, is made of multiple layers of paper with a fluted layer in between, giving it strength and cushioning. On the other hand, coated paper has a smooth surface, often used for high-quality print materials such as food packaging, product labels, and retail boxes. The coating provides a glossy finish and improves the durability of the paper.

Plastic food containers for domestic and commercial uses

Plastic food containers are widely used for packaging and storing food due to their versatility, durability, and ability to preserve food quality. PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is commonly used for plastic food containers, bottles, jars, and clamshell containers. It’s clear, lightweight, and has good resistance to impact. It’s widely used in packaging for beverages, deli salads, and some snacks.

Many plastics provide good barriers to moisture, gases, and light, helping extend the shelf life of food by protecting it from contamination and spoilage. Our plastic containers are lightweight compared to glass or metal containers, making them easy to handle and transport. These are relatively inexpensive to produce, making them a cost-effective packaging option, especially for mass production. Certain plastics (such as PP) can withstand both high and low temperatures, making them suitable for microwave and freezer use.

Packing peanuts for cushioning and protection of products

For products that require cushioning and protection, our packing peanuts are just the right solution. Typically, white and light, packing peanuts have a spongy texture. Styrofoam peanuts are lightweight, durable, and resistant to moisture, making them ideal for protecting fragile items like electronics, glass, or ceramics.

Biodegradable packing peanuts are often made from starch-based materials (like cornstarch) and may appear slightly different, often with a more matte finish or even a light brown or greenish hue. These have similar cushioning properties to Styrofoam but are designed to break down naturally in the environment.

On the other hand, recyclable packing peanuts are made from recycled paper. They are typically brown or white and have a more fibrous texture compared to plastic peanuts. Like biodegradable peanuts, paper packing peanuts are sustainable and contribute less to environmental pollution.
